First and foremost, we understand the importance of trust and privacy. Net neutrality is as important as freedom of speech. As such, the internet has become an indispensable resource.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Statement of Privacy applies to the Nerds Run website and to customers using our service. Nerds Run is opposed to sharing customer information and internet usage with third-party companies such as advertisers, network monitoring companies, SEO companies, etc.

1. Data we do collect

   We collect and retain user account information (name, address, email, phone number) for support and billing. During support issues, we will temporarily ask permission to enable logging and detailed metrics. Once all issues are resolved, the collection of logs and metrics will be disabled. Any data collected during this time is deleted. At no point will any information be shared with third parties unless approved by the customer.

2. Financial information

   A third party does all online payment processing, and Nerds Run does not retain any financial information on our servers.

3. Governmental requests

   Requests for user information will only be surrendered as legally required (e.g., a subpoena). Furthermore, all such requests will be reviewed by our counsel to validate relevance and validity. 

4. Changes to the Privacy Policy

   We reserve the right to change the terms of this privacy policy. All customers will receive notifications before any changes take effect. This document will always contain the most up-to-date policy; all changes will be available before the effective date for review.
