Nerds Run LLC is a Wisconsin-based boutique consultancy. One or two engagements per quarter — the rest of the time we're shipping R&D, writing, and owning the tools we build on.

The partnership
Nerds Run is run by Alexander “Nerds” Banna, who leads the engineering — platform architecture, the agent pipelines, the lab — and Stephanie, his partner in the business.
Nerds is a U.S. Army veteran who started in HVAC — an actual HVAC associate's degree, and a first software job at an energy-efficiency company. That background is why “reliable” here means the thing still works at 3am in February, not that it passed CI once.
Availability
Nerds Run takes one or two consulting engagements a quarter, and Nerds is also open to the right senior staff or principal role — both are a question of fit, not exclusivity. Hiring rather than contracting? Just as welcome; me.nerds.run has the résumé-shaped version.
How we work
We keep the practice small so we can stay hands-on through delivery. Every engagement is scoped as architecture and delivery: we own the decisions and the build, work embedded in your environment, and ship code, documentation, and a team that knows how to run what we handed off.
